Very happy with my couch. Duy was great to work with and made sure I was taken care of when some hiccups at my place came up. The couch looks and feels great. I’m looking forward to breaking it in.
Ordered a custom couch from here on 7/5. It delivered today on 8/7. While building my custom couch, the experts at the store were very helpful. They also provided samples of the couch fabric that I took home to match against my walls and floor. The delivery process was super smooth - the workers were very respectful, taking off their shoes to assemble the couch inside. The couch’s dimensions are as planned, fitting my living room as intended. The material feels very high quality, just like in the store. Thank you What a room for producing this wonderful couch!
Purchased an Anna sofa from What A Room and can’t be happier with it. We especially love how well the seat cushions are holding their firmness so far. Will update this review in a few months if needed. As for the purchase experience itself, we really liked working with Gordon and Daniel. They were super helpful and respectful when we went to the showroom, answered all our questions and explained things without being pushy at all.
